We hope that you are pleased with your order. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you can return any purchase (including reduced items) within 14 days of receipt.

HOW DO I RETURN?
You can send the good(s) back in the original webbox on your own cost. Within 14 days upon receipt of the package, New Versailles will refund the cost. Keep in mind that refunds exclude the original shippingcost.

Upon receipt of the package, New Versailles will consider whether the goods returned are in a good condition. No return or exchange will be accepted if the goods returned have been worn or damaged by the client and/or a third party and if this use or these damages prevent the goods from being sold.
